The T. Rowe Price Master Plan represents a desire to create a pedestrian oriented office campus with respect to the site, neighborhood views, and Colorado environment. The master plan and site design focused site views to Pikes Peak and the Rampart Mountain Range. The site design was inspired by the Big Horn Sheep corporate logo interpreted by N.E.S. Inc. to symbolize the Colorado alpine natural environment with its steeply sloped, rocky planted areas. The design incorporates a Colorado compatible landscape and utilizes natural features such as rock outcroppings and alpine gardens along a water course. Natural stone was used throughout the site to create alpine gardens that serve as focal points and entry features. The water is surrounded by gardens and the dining terrace to create a spectacular setting for office workers.
