A diverse team led by N.E.S. Inc. worked to balance environmental systems and wildlife habitats with sensitive development sites. Housing is clustered to keep over four hundred acres of the site open for endangered species habitat, wetland ecosystems, and passive recreation opportunities. Considerable biological and environmental systems were analyzed to focus development to the right locations. Design guidelines were created to ensure that construction occurred sensitively relative to the environment and visual impacts.
