Colorado Crossing is planned as a mixed-use “town center” project serving as the heart of the northern part of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Approximately 100,000 residents are existing or planned within a 5-mile radius of this site. The 152-acre property is located at the southeast corner of InterQuest Parkway and Voyager Parkway (SH 83). The proposed uses within Colorado Crossing will be horizontally and vertically integrated as a mixed-use community. Opportunities for commercial, entertainment, residential, business, and civic uses are incorporated into the community plan. A Main Street, characteristic of a traditional downtown-shopping street, will traverse the site from southwest to northeast terminating in a plaza.
