As a world class resort, the Broadmoor has always been an attraction for Colorado Springs. However, its interface with the surrounding community has not always been ideal. The Broadmoor decided to launch an ambitious plan to overhaul some under-utilized property and to complete its resort village aesthetics. An events center with retail shops, new housing, and structured parking helped make the edges of the resort as glorious as the rest of the property.
